Muflis changes the winning objective
In Muflis, the lowest hand is preferred instead of the highest hand. This is an objective or ordering rule. It tells you which direction the comparison follows, but it does not, by itself, provide every detail needed to compare hands.
For example, imagine two fictional hands are shown in a Muflis round. The rule description says that the lowest hand is preferred. You can record that the comparison is not using the ordinary highest-hand objective. However, you should not assume that every category, tie-break method or ace order is reversed mechanically unless the applicable rules state so. The fact supplied for Muflis supports only the lowest-hand objective.
Joker changes card representation
Joker variations introduce wild cards. This is a representation rule: a Joker may stand for another card in forming a hand, subject to restrictions that must be specified by the particular rules. It does not, merely by being present, say whether the highest or lowest completed hand wins.
Consider a fictional hand containing two ordinary cards and a Joker. The Joker may affect what hand the cards represent, but the available information does not establish which substitute is permitted, whether more than one interpretation is possible, or how a tie is settled. Do not add AK47 details or assume that every hand category changes.
The two documented concepts appear in the game variations information. For any separate description claiming to combine them, the missing-rule question is: what tie procedure and substitution restrictions does this particular description specify? If it supplies neither, the worksheet remains incomplete.
